Sonamy Story- I'll Keep My Promise

Look at me in the eyes and lie to me...

Act like I'll believe anything...

Amy tapped her foot rapidly while having her arms crossed over her chest with a angry look plastered on her face.

Sonic looked at her hopelessly. He had this nervous face that he could muster.

She examined the blue speedster very descriptively. The looks that can kill from HER made Sonic even more nervous and guilty.

“I can't f**king believe you Sonic the hedgehog!!!” Amy snarled.

Sonic blinked. He wasn't expecting this. He expected a slap in the face or something painful like her hammer.

“I'm sorry babe. I was drunk!” Sonic said. He tried to grab Amy's hands but she swatted his hands away.

“Don't freaking touch me cheater!” Amy hissed.

“Babe-” Sonic didn't get to finish his sentence.

“Don't call me 'babe' anymore Sonic! I can't believe you would cheat on me, ON OUR F**KING ANNIVERSARY!!!!!!!” Amy yelled.

“I swear Amy, I was drunk!!!” Sonic protested.

Tears began to show in the corners of Amy's eyes. She sniffled. “Yeah definitely! You think I'll believe you'll invite Sally over and then get drunk?!” Amy said.

“I'm not lying! I didn't invite Sally over, I swear!!!” Sonic told the truth.

“Oh yeah, then why were you kissing her like you meant it?!” Amy sniffled again, a tear slides down her rosy cheeks.

“I don't know what I was thinking, I know I made a promise to you that I'll never drink or smoke, but Knuckles must've put some alcohol in my drink before he left!” Sonic said.

“And why would he do that?!” Amy said.

“You were there when he was alone in the kitchen! You were next to me, in my arms when he made us drinks, think about it, Knuckles would never do something like this EVER, so why would he do it now?” Sonic said.

Amy looked down and sighed. “Honestly, I think he put some alcohol in my 'drink' because I felt drunk after drinking that before I left to Rouge's place to hang out with the girls.” Amy admitted.

“But why would Sally be over here? I thought she was living in knothole?!” Amy said.

“I don't know”, Sonic claimed, shrugging his shoulders. “But she literally walked in here, without knocking after you left! She said that she was looking for her can opener that we borrowed, but that was when I..” Sonic couldn't even finish, thinking about it made him feel like crying.

“But Amy, baby-” Sonic reached out for Amy, but again, Amy pushed him away.

“Don't you even dare hedgehog! I don't want that b**ch's DNA on me!!” Amy hissed.

“Sorry. But you know I never meant it if I wasn't drunk, but you never told me what YOU did when you WERE drunk!” It was now Sonic's turn to cross his arms.

Amy softly gasped as the events that happened to her suddenly now occurred to her head.

Amy sighed. “I'm so sorry Sonic.. I accidentally flirted with Shadow because I thought he was you. The girls didn't stop me since they thought it was funny even though they were pretty drunk to.” Amy admitted.

Sonic felt like his heart just dropped to his feet. His only true love flirting with his biggest enemy besides the fat scientist himself?!

“Was Shadow drunk?” Sonic asked sadly.

“No, he tried pushing me off but he couldn't since the girls were holding him.. but we didn't do anything bad since he managed to get me and the girls off of him before going somewhere else.” Amy said.

Sonic sighed in relief. “Good, I don't want that faker touching my girl!” Sonic said, pulling Amy closer to him.

Amy pushed herself away. “Sonic.. I think we should see other people...” Amy said.

Sonic could feel the tears rising. He wanted to hold Amy in his arms and shut the world off. Once he and Amy were ready, he wanted to propose and have a happy family, but now that's all going away.

“W-why?” Sonic croaked as a tear slid.

Amy broke when she saw Sonic in this state. She have never seen Sonic cry and now she felt bad. “It's obvious you don't love me anymore Sonic. I tried kissing Shadow, your worst enemy! How can you still love me after that?!” Amy sobbed.

Sonic grabbed Amy and pulled her closer. “Ames, I don't care that you tried hooking up with Shadow behind my back. I tried hooking up with Sally cause I was distracted by her scent, but we all make mistakes Amy.

No one could blame us baby, we were both drunk. Even if you don't want to return the feelings you had for me, I will still love you always, even if you're with someone else.” Sonic cried.

Amy cried some more tears and leaned in closer to Sonic.

She was kissing him!

Sonic was surprised at first but he kissed back.

Even though she can taste his salty tears, she didn't care. All she ever cared about was pressing her own lips against his and the warm feeling of his strong arms wrapped around her slim waist.

He didn't give a care in the world if anyone was watching. He didn't care what they'll say, he didn't care about the rumors, the rants, the complaints, the glares that shot through him, the cold shoulders that were always bringing him down,

All he cared was having his most favorite person in the entire universe in his arms. Safe and happy. He wanted the taste of her delicious lips, the feeling of her soft, small waist, the sight of her beautiful jade green eyes.

He wanted to hear her laughs that were different from the ones he heard before. He wanted to see that glowing smile that always comfort anybody throughout the darkly blues.

The kiss only lasted for five minutes since the two hedgehogs needed air. It didn't take long for the hedgehogs reconnect.

Finally the two lovehogs broke it off.

Amy glared playfully at Sonic while panting softly.

“I hate you.. hah hah.. cheater!” Amy said.

Sonic smirked. “I hate you more.. cheater!” He said.

Amy grinned as she leaned in for another passionate kiss but was interrupted by a loud wail.

“Look like someone woke up from a nap!” Sonic chuckled.

Amy pouted. “I'll go see her.” Amy said, getting up.

Sonic stopped her with a smile. “Let's go together babe.” Sonic said, getting up as well.

Amy smiled as Sonic took her hand into his.

Together they walked to their daughter's room, ready for anything prepared for them and their little offspring.
